Product Details
1.PVC foam is a lightweight closed-cell foam material manufactured through the expansion of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), enhanced with various additives to achieve superior mechanical and chemical properties.
2.A key characteristic of PVC foam is its adjustable density, typically ranging from 45 to 300 kg/m³, providing flexibility for different application requirements while maintaining excellent strength-to-weight ratio.
3.PVC foam offers good thermal stability, with a service temperature range of +125°C, and can be formulated to meet standards, making it suitable for various environmental conditions.
4.Despite its lightweight nature, PVC foam demonstrates high rigidity, impact resistance, and dimensional stability, along with excellent surface quality that allows for easy painting and lamination.
5.PVC foam is extensively used across multiple industries including marine, construction, signage, transportation and furniture, owing to its weather resistance, chemical inertness, and cost-effectiveness as an alternative to traditional materials.
Parameters

Application
PVC foam is widely used in marine (boat hulls), construction (signage/panels), transportation (vehicle interiors), advertising (display boards), and furniture (lightweight cores). Valued for its weather resistance, rigidity, and cost-effectiveness.

PVC Foam Packaging
1.Wrap PVC foam with bubble wrap or foam sheets to create a protective cushioning layer against impacts and scratches. Pay special attention to covering all surfaces, particularly the edges and corners which are most vulnerable to damage.
2.Pack securely in wooden cases or sturdy cartons to prevent compression during transit. Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain material integrity.
